Sex Offender Charged After Porn Found on Phone

Pasco County probation and parole officers arrested a registered sex offender Aug. 15 and accused him of having a cell phone that could access the internet and viewing pornography on it, both of which are violations of his parole.

Michael Slager, 30, had a cell phone that had access to wireless internet. That phone also had a video of a teenage girl having sex with a plush panda on it.

Slagler, of 6329 Seashore Drive, Port Richey, was charged with violation of probation and booked in to the Land O’ Lakes jail Aug. 15, where he remained Aug. 16.
