Ashford Park Getting New Playground Equipment

The city of Brookhaven is installing new playground equipment at Ashford Park beginning on Monday, Oct. 12.

The playground will be closed beginning Monday for about 21 days, the city says. But the activity building and tennis courts will remain open.

Back in July, the city council approved a contract with Game Time Dominica Recreation Products for new playground equipment at Ashford Park. The playground design was chosen with community input and is ADA compliant.
