Brookhaven Beer Festival Returns for Sixth Annual Event

This year's event is Saturday, June 11, from 3-8 pm behind the Brookhaven-Oglethorpe MARTA Station.

BROOKHAVEN, GA -- For three years straight, Brookhaven Beer Fest has sold out with 4,000 people in attendance, making it the second largest beer fest in metro Atlanta.

Back for its sixth year, more than 200 domestic and international beers and wines will be included in this year's event, set for Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Apple Valley Road behind the Brookhaven Marta station.

“It is definitely my favorite event that we do, as well as a favorite of our loyal festival-goers,” says Director of Operations, Adam Cohen. “I personally love Brookhaven and everything it has to offer from restaurants, recreation, cool stores, and a great diverse community. We are just happy to be a part of it all.”

Event organizers are excited to partner with Angels Among Us Pet Rescue as its charity beneficiary for the second year in a row. Angels Among Us Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to saving dogs and cats from high-kill shelters in north Georgia. They operate through a network of volunteers and foster homes in the metro Atlanta area.
