Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival Sets Dates For March 28-29
The 6th Annual Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival will have music, art, food and more. It'll take place at the end of March.
BROOKHAVEN, GA — The 6th Annual Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival will take place March 28th and 29th, according to their website. There will be music, art, food and more.
The festivities will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Blackburn Park, 3493 Ashford Dunwoody Road in Brookhaven.
Admission is free. For the third year, the City of Brookhaven is partnering with Splash Festivals and Live Nation. Splash will operate the Arts and Crafts Market and Kidz Zone area, as well as handle logistics for the event.

A detailed schedule of musical performers will be released soon, organizers said.

The deadline to apply for children’s vendors and artist vendors is Friday. Food vendors have until Feb. 28. Those interested can visit www.BrookCherryFest.org, and click on “vendors” to apply.
The city is also hosting its annual 5K/1K through Blackburn Park, which takes place at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, March 21. Registration details are online.
