UPDATED: Brookhaven Police Find Missing Man

Brookhaven Police Department officers found Kahlil Khan on Thursday after searching for the 20-year-old for almost a week.

BROOKHAVEN, GA — Brookhaven police found Kahlil Khan Thursday morning after searching for him since Saturday, Jan. 16. Khan is in good health, police said, and his family has been notified.

The Brookhaven Police Department is seeking the public's help in the search for a missing adult.

Kahlil Shariff Khan, a 20-year-old Black man, was reported missing in the early morning hours on Saturday, Jan. 16. He was last seen around 5:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 15 when he left his home in the Drew Valley neighborhood, according to the police.

Khan is approximately 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing gym shorts over black leggings and a dark colored jacket, and was riding a green Diamond Back mountain bike. Police said he often rides his bike in the Peachtree Road corridor through Brookhaven and Buckhead.

Anyone who sees Khan is asked to call 911 and report their exact location. Anyone with information about the case or has seen Khan is asked to contact Brookhaven police at 404-637-0600.
