Chamblee Appoints New Downtown Development Authority

Chamblee has created a new Downtown Development Authority.

A total of seven individuals were named to the new organization last week:

• Ronni French
• Mario Gonzles
• Paige Perkins
• John Boggs
• David Carter
• Van Pappas
• Leslie Robson

Chamblee City Manager Niles Ford made the announcement.

Pappas is president of the Chamblee Business Association, which held a meeting last week that highlighted redevelopment plans for Chamblee Plaza.

The Chamblee City Council authorized the organization's formation in February.
