City Council Appoints Development Authority
The authority includes Walt Ehmer, president and CEO of Waffle House.
The Brookhaven City Council adopted members of a new city Development Authority on Tuesday.
The seven members, according to The Brookhaven Post, are:
- Walt Ehmer (chairman) – president and CEO of Waffle House
- Luke Anderson – attorney
- Susan Coker – former vice president and treasurer of Cox Enterprises, Inc.
- Pat Hoban – CEO of Capital City Nissan
- Tim Peaden – attorney
- John Rhett – chairman and CEO of SunTrust Investment Services
- Bruce L. Whitmer – attorney
