The development would be located at Dresden Drive and Caldwell Road. The City Council will review proposed plans Tuesday night.

On the agenda for the Brookhaven City Council's Tuesday night meeting is consideration of a plan for a large development that would include nearly 200 residential units and 20,000 square feet of retail and business space.

The proposed development would be located at the corner of Dresden Drive and Caldwell Road.

In order for the plan to proceed, the council would have to agree to rezone the space as mixed-use residential and commercial.
