DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday afternoon.
According to a report from Channel 2 Action News, District Attorney Robert James is set to hold a news conference in Decatur at 5:15 this afternoon to discuss the indictment.
Earlier this year, Ellis' home was raided by investigators as part of a bribery and bid-rigging investigation.
