Devoted Baseball Grandmother Makes All The Brookhaven Bucks Games
Elizabeth Henry is her grandson's No. 1 fan, and supports the Bucks at every single home game.

BROOKHAVEN, GA — Come rain (delay) or shine (with its 100-percent accompanying humidity), Elizabeth Henry can always be found in the stands when her grandson is on the field at Oglethorpe University.
Liam Henry is a 6-foot-4, hard-throwing righthander for the Brookhaven Bucks, a team that is part of the Sunbelt League, a wooden-bat summer collegiate league that plays from the first of June through the end of July.
The Brookhaven Bucks play their home games Oglethorpe University's Hermance Stadium, and the Henry family hasn't missed a game.

The Henry's are truly a baseball family. "We've spent 17 years in baseball," says Chip Henry, Liam's father, "from Liam's brother Robert at 3 years old playing at Medlock and North Druid Hills to now watching Liam as a collegiate pitcher.
"The Bucks are a premier baseball experience from the on-the-field play to concessions and Jeff 'JJ' Johnson as the announcer."

Liam Henry recalls his boyhood days "where we had a pitchers mound out in the front yard and used bamboo from Grandma's back yard to build a batting cage.
"Piedmont Road wasn't even paved when Grandma lived there."
Liam Henry is a sophomore at Georgia State University.
The Sunbelt League has been playing for eight seasons, and features four teams in its East and West divisions.
