Gebbia Qualifies for Reelection in District 4
The Brookhaven city councilman hopes to get another four years on the council dais.
Brookhaven City Councilman Joe Gebbia qualified Tuesday to run for reelection to his District 4 seat.
"As your Councilman, I am working to fulfill my commitment of fiscal responsibility by maintaining low taxes, operating within budget, and ensuring we end our first year as a city with a reserve," Gebbia said in a statement. "Over the next four years, I look forward to building on these accomplishments."
Gebbia was elected to the seat last year following the city's incorporation.
The city's qualifying window continues through Thursday. District 2 and District 4 will appear on the Nov. 5 general election ballot.
