New Buckhead Steakhouse Opens This Week
American Cut opens Sept. 30 in The Shops Buckhead.
ATLANTA, GA — The long-awaited American Cut is set to open this week at The Shops Buckhead.
The new Buckhead steakhouse will open Friday, according to Eater Atlanta. Hours are Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to midnight. The upstairs cocktail lounge will be open from Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
American Cut was first announced in May 2014, but after missing its first deadline for opening, its parent company, LDV Hospitality, delayed the restaurant further.

Chef John Adamson is in charge of the kitchen. The Regent Cocktail Club will also open on Friday.
