DeKalb County tweeted that one lane of I-85 Frontage Road, near Peachtree Circle NE, has been closed and asked drivers to avoid the area.
The cause of the crash has not been determined, but WSB meteorologist Brian Monahan said the cloud base was just 400 feet and the weather "was certainly not great" at the time.
