Chamblee police said they arrested a man named "Lunatic" – his actual first name – on Peachtree Boulevard for carrying a pipe and a bag of marijuana earlier this month.
The man, who the police department labeled "Moron of the Week" in its June 13 weekly report to residents, is known for dancing on the side of the road, the department said.
"He's a white male that wears bright colors and holds his fingers up to his lips like he's smoking weed while dancing on the side of the road," the report said.
A Chamblee officer responded to a call of a person smoking marijuana at Chamblee Dunwoody Road and Peachtree Boulevard on June 7. The officer found Lunatic with the pipe and drugs, the report said.
When asked what was in the bag, the suspect said, "Flowers."
