A proposed new residential development called Brookhaven Townhomes headlines the Brookhaven Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday night.
The 3.9-acre parcel of land is located at 1475 N. Druid Hills Road.
The developers are requesting permission to build a 31-unit residential development.Â
The planning commission will hold a work session at 5:30 pm, and then its regular meeting at 7 pm, at the Brookhaven Municipal Courthouse, 2 Corporate Boulevard.
