Sage Social Kitchen, Bar Arrives to Buckhead's 3379 Peachtree

Buckhead’s 3379 Peachtree —a property owned by Roseview-PMRG Fund I, LLC, a joint venture formed by PMRG and The Roseview Group, is welcoming Sage Social Kitchen and Bar to its ground-floor quality retail space. The contemporary city chic restaurant is expected to open in the beginning of 2017.

“Sage Social Kitchen and Bar is a perfect match for this building, as it brings a nice variety of signature dishes and a large tapas selection, perfect for lunch or dinner,” said Amy Fingerhut, CBRE’s Vice President of Retail Advisory & Transaction Services. “The Buckhead location caters to the typical consumer for a concept like Sage. This will be a different concept that combines the Spice and Sage Woodfire Tavern feel into one.”

Sage Social Kitchen and Bar will occupy a 7,000 SF restaurant with 3,000 SF of private dining. The new dining option will take the vacant space formerly occupied by Morton’s Steakhouse. SAGE has planned interior renovations and will add a patio and outdoor space to liven up the atmosphere and provide a more open and social environment. Additionally, Roseview-PMRG is currently renovating the main lobby and common areas of 3379 Peachtree, with the goal of attracting office tenants that are looking for a Class A, boutique office environment. “While we have been under renovation for a couple months now, we are really excited to finally announce that Sage Social Kitchen and Bar will bring a new restaurant concept to Buckhead and more specifically 3379 Peachtree. With Sage Social Kitchen and Bar becoming the focal point of the building, 3379 Peachtree has become the premiere, Class A, boutique office building in Buckhead,” said Bill Weghorst, Managing Director for PMRG’s Eastern Division.

This marks Sage Woodfire Tavern Restaurant Group’s fifth location in metro Atlanta, including its current suburban concepts Sage Woodfire Tavern Perimeter, Sage Woodfire Tavern Alpharetta, Spice Brick Oven Kitchen in Alpharetta, and the newest concept Sage Social Kitchen and Bar East Cobb. All concepts are part of the Liakakos family group of restaurants, offering a city chic yet casual atmosphere featuring contemporary American cuisine with global influences. Sage offers market fresh fish, seafood, hand-cut steaks, chops, gourmet salads, chicken, pastas and burgers all prepared over a live, hickory oak wood fire grill. The Liakakos family brings over 35 years of experience as passionate restaurateurs.

The owners seek concepts with market fresh, global elements to expand their urban presence.
