Vero is an authentic Napoletana pizzeria, inspired by the Campania region of Italy. The restaurant’s design and ambiance are about showcasing the dough and pizza-making process and highlighting the star of the show: the Acunto pizza oven, cast from clay from Mount Vesuvius’ volcanic rock and weighing over 3 tons.

The menu features around a dozen pizzas, which range from a classic Margherita to custom pies topped with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Guests can choose from a selection of beers on draft or in the bottle, as well as from a concise wine list with offerings by the bottle or glass.

A new tap system in the restaurant also pours Scarpetta wines and a draft negroni. The space is rustic-meets-modern, marked by weathered wood finishes and custom lighting. Centering the room is a temperature-controlled, glass-enclosed “dough room” which is visible to guests, allowing them to see the pizza dough being made by hand.
