Here's a list of things going on this weekend in and around Brookhaven:

1. Skyland Church Friday Night Fire: Friday. Join us in the sanctuary for a Spirit empowered worship experience where the Holy Spirit's presence is always welcomed. Come and enjoy a night of dynamic worship, musical praise and powerful testimonies.
2. Martinis & IMAX “Penguins” and “Hidden Universe”: Friday. Escape the heat of the South and travel to a land full of snowy peaks and glaciers or explore a galaxy truly out of this world with this month’s featured films.
3. Art on the Town: Saturday. Town Brookhaven invites you to “Fall into Art” at an outdoor Artists Market presented by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces featuring 30 local artists and artisans on the greenspace entry to Town Brookhaven.
4. Capitol City Opera Company Presents Puccini's La bohème: Friday. One of the most popular operas ever created, La bohème is the story of love in its greatest form. In snowy Paris, six young, penniless artists are full of idealism and beauty, but they soon encounter the harsh realities of life.
5. Run Around the Park Relay: Sunday. The fun and festive event is organized by the Atlanta Track Club and consists of a five-person relay in and around Piedmont Park.
