Things to do this weekend in the Brookhaven and Chamblee areas.
- Chamblee Fourth Friday Concert Series: This three concert series will offer a relaxing event for the whole family. Bring out your blankets and lawn chairs or reserve one of our VIP Tables to enjoy an evening of good music in Chamblee’s downtown. Food and beverages will be available for purchase onsite.
- GREAT Jubilee Family Festival: Saturday. The GREAT Jubilee Family Festival is an inexpensive and fun way to entertain your whole family and have a fun afternoon on the beautiful grounds of Oglethorpe University.
- Epic: See the animated film opening Friday at a nearby movie theater. Check showtimes here.
- Spring Festival: Saturday at Buckhead Baptist Church.
- Jiki to Hanga: Japanese Porcelain and Prints: All weekend. This exhibition features 49 color woodcuts and more than 30 porcelain and earthenware objects. Twenty-eight woodcuts are by shin-hanga style master printmaker Hiroshi Yoshida (1876-1950). The Yoshida prints and others are on loan courtesy of Dr. and Mrs. Terry Taylor.
