CinéBistro at Town Brookhaven has a career opportunity for an entry level Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience as an hourly manager, supervisor, corporate trainer, or key hourly preferred
• Passion for employee training/development
• Ability to foster an environment of team work
• Commitment to excellence in guest service & building guest and community relationships
• Passion for and commitment to the restaurant industry
• Prefer experience in upscale environment (not necessarily fine dining experience)
• Experience in a combined restaurant and entertainment venue a plus
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in a high volume environment
• Excellent analytical, planning/organizational, and problem solving skills
• Ability to consistently deliver key results with minimal supervision
