Arrests Made In 2 Stone Mountain Killings
An Atlanta man has been charged in a beating death, while a Clarkston man has been charged in a shooting, says DeKalb sheriff's office.

DECATUR, GA — The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office has announced that arrests have been made in two separate homicides reported last month in Stone Mountain. In one case, an Atlanta man turned himself in to authorities on Wednesday, facing a felony murder charge in a woman's beating death.
Jason Leroy Brown, 34, was wanted in connection with the death of Taylor Bins on July 24 in the 6000 block of Hitt Lake Trail in Stone Mountain, the sheriff's office said.
Authorities allege that Brown argued with Bins and struck her in the head and body numerous times, causing her death. He's being held in the the DeKalb County Jail.

In a separate case, deputies with the DeKalb sheriff's Fugitive Unit and U.S. Marshals apprehended Joshua Daniel Watts, 20, in Clarkston and took him to the Dekalb County Jail.

Watts, 20, a Clarkston resident, is charged with murder in the July 10 shooting death of Nathan Lawrence Glover, the sheriff's office said. Authorities allege that Watts shot Glover multiple times in the 5400 block of Old Rockbridge Road in Stone Mountain.
