DeKalb County Black Friday Mega Pet Adoption Event

DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Adopt a pet before 2019 comes to an end. LifeLine Animal Project is hosting a Black Friday Mega Adoption event with free adoptions at all of their shelters from Friday through Dec. 2. There will be no charge for the animal’s spay/neuter, microchip and vaccines.

DeKalb County Animal Services, 3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Chamblee will be open Friday from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 p.m. to 6 p.m. People can also visit LifeLine Cat Adoption Center, 3172 E. Ponce de Leon, Scottdale. The same hours apply.

Last year more than 330 homeless animals were adopted through the LifeLine’s Black Friday Adoption weekend. The organization says it expects even more adoptions this year.
