DeKalb Libraries Return To Pre-COVID-19 Service
Nearly all DeKalb County Public Library system locations have resumed normal hours and removed in-library capacity and time limits.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Nearly all DeKalb County Public Library locations are now almost at pre-COVID-19 operations, the library system recently announced.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all of the county's libraries closed for in-person services for more than a year, eventually offering curbside services as well as some in-person services with limited capacities and time limits.
Now, all locations removed the time and capacity limits for in-person services, and all except for the Doraville Library have resumed normal hours. Patrons also no longer need to call ahead to pick up items on hold.
