DeKalb Schools To Host Town Hall On Comprehensive Master Plan
DeKalb County Schools parents can submit questions about the district's facility planning process for the town hall scheduled for Thursday.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — DeKalb County School District officials are hosting a virtual town hall meeting Thursday to discuss the district's comprehensive master plan.
The town hall will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday via Microsoft Teams.
Last August, the DeKalb County Board of Education approved a contract for work on its comprehensive plan to help alleviate overcrowding in schools. The district chose architecture firm Perkins & Will for the project at a $1.9 million cost, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
