Little Cottage Brewery To Open In Avondale Estates
Ahead of the grand opening, you can pre-purchase tickets for it — including three 5 ounce pours — starting this weekend.
AVONDALE ESTATES, GA — The nation's best small town beer scene is adding another brewery to its list next week: Little Cottage Brewery.
Little Cottage Brewery first announced its plans to come to Avondale Estates in August 2020, and will hold its grand opening of the 2,164-square-foot brewhouse May 15 and 16 — just over a month after USA Today named Avondale Estates the nation's best small town beer scene.
The grand opening will be a ticketed event with five time slots available. Tickets go on sale Saturday at noon on LCB's website, which can be found here. The ticket price is $17, including three 5 ounce pours. All ages are welcome, but only those age 21 and older are allowed to drink alcohol, and those age 6 and older must have a ticket.

“Starting Little Cottage Brewery has been on my mind for years,” owner Jon Shari said in a news release. “There were times that I thought ‘yeah, I can do this’ and then other times I would just be discouraged by the sheer amount of money it costs to open a brewery and let that idea just fall to the wayside. With the signing of this lease, it has made this long time dream a reality. There’s no going back now and we will continue to press ahead as we still have a ways to go. I am truly excited to be able to do this, not only for myself but for all of you who have supported me and patiently waited for me to make something of it."
