In Loving Memory of Edwin Terrill "Terry" Coffman, 74

Edwin Terrill “Terry” Coffman, 74, of Avondale Estates passed away on Saturday August 8, 2015. He was born March 24, 1941 in Anderson, Indiana. He graduated from North Salem High School and Purdue University and proudly served with the U S Army, Corps of Engineers with service in Vietnam, obtaining the rank of Captain. Terry retired from Lucent Technologies and was a member of Decatur Presbyterian Church and American Legion Post 66. Terry is survived by his sons and their spouses and his three grandchildren; son, Gunnar (Jane) Coffman, and their daughter, Mimi Kibre of Dares Salaam, Tanzania and son, Baylor (Jessica) Coffman and their children, Edwin Banks and Parker Mackenzie of Avondale Estates, Georgia. His memorial services will be held Saturday August 15, 2015 in the sanctuary of Decatur Presbyterian Church located at 205 Sycamore St, Decatur, GA 30030 at 2pm. Reception immediately following service in church parlor. Edwin leaves behind a legacy of commitment to his family, friends, and church.
