Man Accused Of Killing Woman, Concealing Her Death: Police
DeKalb County sheriff's deputies arrested a 50-year-old DeKalb County man accused of killing a woman and hiding the evidence.

DEKALB COUNTY, GA — A man was arrested Monday in connection with the stabbing death of a woman that took place on Mill Station Court in Lithonia between Jan. 24 and Feb. 14, according to a news release from the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office.
The DeKalb Sheriff's Fugitive Unit arrested Kimmeth Harden, 50, of Lawrenceville, for the killing of Claudia Palmer and for concealing her death, the release said. According to arrest warrants, Harden slit Palmer's throat and stabbed her in the chest, causing her to die.
Palmer's body was found during a police welfare check at her residence, where Harden also lived, DeKalb Sheriff's spokesperson Cynthia Baugh Williams said in the release.

Harden is charged with malice murder and concealing the death of another person, according to jail records. He was arrested and booked into the DeKalb County Jail without bond.
