One West Square Two, the Downtown Decatur retail center at Commerce Drive and West Ponce de Leon Avenue, has new owners.
Essex Point Properties, based in Beverly, Mass., purchased the 13,000-square-foot complex for $7.7 million or $589 per square foot, Bisnow.com reported.
The center includes a number of businesses, including a Suntrust Bank branch and Cook's Warehouse.
