The Toco Hills outpost will be open for lunch and dinner daily. Guests can expect core favorites, like Yumbii Tacos and Famous Sesame Fries, to remain the same, while new options will be added to the menu, including health-forward items like build-your-own Salad Bowls.

Designed by Lindsay Denman, the bright space will feature a West Coast-cool aesthetic with custom locally-made banquettes, German Beechwood countertops, colorful blue and white tile, rattan pendants, black and white striped flooring and peach accents.
Guests will be able to place orders at a counter before finding a seat in the dining room, at the bar or on the patio illuminated by string lights. The exterior wall overlooking the patio will be adorned with a graphic black and white mural by local artist Lee Arnett.
In addition, to ensure the safety of Yumbii’s guests and employees, the restaurant will have six feet between all tables, plexiglass dividers, a high-efficiency HVAC filtration system, contactless payment and stringent sanitation practices with sanitation stations for patrons throughout.
