Program on Distracted Driving Set For DeKalb
Judge to host Teen Victim Impact Program on Thursday, Oct. 12 in a DeKalb County courtroom.

DECATUR, GA -- A state court judge this week will host a distracted and dangerous driving program aimed at teenagers. State Court Judge Kiesha R. Storey will preside over the initiative Thursday, Oct. 12, in the DeKalb State Court Traffic Division.

Storey hosts quarterly TVIP presentations to educate the county's youths on the perils of risky driving behaviors. Young teen and adult drivers charged with speeding, texting while driving, or in accidents will hear and watch stories of people who engaged in risky behaviors behind the wheel.

the event. There is a $40 fee for attendees who need a certificate of attendance for court purposes, but individuals may attend for free if they do not need a certificate.
