Recycle Your Christmas Tree In Decatur
Here's how and where you can recycle your Christmas tree in Decatur.

DECATUR, GA — Decatur residents can drop off their live Christmas trees beginning Dec. 27 through Jan. 11 at Decatur Legacy Park, 500 S. Columbia Drive, according to the City of Decatur. Trees must be placed in a designated spot so people are asked to look for the signs showing where the trees can go.
Curbside tree disposal through Public Works will be available for city residents who receive trash service from the county. The base must be removed, as well as all lights and decorations. Do not place the tree in a plastic bag. Trees can be placed curbside if they are less than four feet tall, or cut in half so both halves are less than four-feet.
Solid waste and recycling services will resume Friday, Dec. 27 in Decatur, according to the city's holiday schedule online.
