Fla. Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Highway 20

A Florida man was killed when he was struck by a motorcycle Friday morning in Walton County, the Georgia State Patrol said.

Smith Coleman, 68, of Ft. Lauderdale, was killed while walking on Highway 20 at Miller Bottom Road around 7:25 a.m. Friday. Stanley Pugh, 43, of Warrior, Ala., the driver of the Harley Davidson motorcycle, sustained minor injuries.

The state patrol said Coleman was walking in the eastbound lane when the incident occurred. Charges are possible.
