Georgia Weather Forecast: Sunny Skies This Weekend?

ATLANTA, GA — If you've been enjoying the mostly sunny, storm-free days we've had this week in metro Atlanta, we've got some good news for you. This weekend promises more of the same.

There's not a drop of rain in the National Weather Service forecast for this weekend in north Georgia. And high temperatures are expected to stay around the mid-80s, so it will be warm, but not brutally hot.

Sounds like a good weekend to get out and enjoy the remains of the summer with friends and family. Just don't forget your sunscreen.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 86. Northeast wind 5 to 10 m.p.h. Saturday night, mostly cloudy, with a low around 68.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Northeast wind around 10 m.p.h, with gusts as high as 15 m.p.h. Partly cloudy Sunday night, with a low around 68.
