Grayson High Among Top 5 In Gwinnett For Graduation Rate
Grayson High School is among 15 in Gwinnett County with a higher four-year graduation rate than the Georgia state average.

GRAYSON, GA — Grayson High School’s four-year graduation rate of almost 94 percent is among the top five in Gwinnett County, according to statistics released Tuesday by the district.
Overall, Gwinnett County Public schools experienced an increase in its four-year graduation rate for 2020, moving from 80.92 percent to 83.23 percent. Although that’s slightly below Georgia’s overall graduation rate of 83.8 percent in 2019, 15 of Gwinnett’s 24 high schools beat that percentage in 2020, with two schools graduating 100 percent of their students.
“Especially during this challenging time, we are extremely proud of our students, teachers, and staff who have remained focused on graduation,” said Steve Flynt, the Gwinnett County's associate superintendent for school improvement and operations, in a statement Tuesday.
