Grayson Man Charged in Loganville Traffic Death
Telly Savalas Brannon faces second-degree vehicular homicide charges in the Tuesday night accident that killed Susan Jenkins.

A Grayson man has been charged in connection with a traffic fatality Tuesday night near Loganville.
Gwinnett Police Public Information Officer Cpl. Deon Washington said Telly Savalas Brannon, 40, was accused of being at fault in the 7 p.m. accident in the area of Athens Highway and Brushy Drive.
Susan Jenkins, 68, of Loganville, died from her injuries, Washington said.

Brannon has been charged with failure to maintain lane and second-degree vehicular homicide.
Police said Jenkins was travelling east on the highway, when Brannon, who was travelling west, got into the center turn lane to make a left into a parking lot. He allegedly turned in front of Jenkins and the vehicles collided.

Jenkins died later at a local hospital.
Brannon was released on bond early Wednesday morning.
