The final count in Gwinnett was stymied by problems with Georgia’s new computerized election system by Dominion Voting Systems, leaving county elections supervisor Kristi Royston to explain technical glitches in a news conference Saturday.

Georgia’s election results statewide, not yet certified, show Biden ahead of Trump by 10,610 votes. As of early Monday afternoon, only 50 of Georgia’s 159 counties had certified their results, according to Atlanta news station WXIA-TV.
