Snow Chances Enter Georgia Weather Forecast

There's a good chance of the white stuff in the metro area this weekend.

ATLANTA, GA — It wasn't a white Christmas, but metro Atlanta residents might not have to wait too much longer for the season's first snowfall.

Temperatures are expected to gradually inch down this week and, by the weekend, we'll have snow in the forecast.

Starting Friday, there will be a slight chance of rain and snow before 1 p.m., the National Weather Service says.
