LOGANVILLE, GA — The Chick-fil-A on the Atlanta Highway was cleaned thoroughly after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.
“Our highest priority is the health and well-being of our Team Member and Guests,” a company spokesperson said to The Walton Tribune in a statement Thursday. “After learning that a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Loganville was diagnosed with COVID-19, the restaurant initiated the response protocol and took precautionary measures, including disinfecting and deep cleaning the restaurant.”
Chick-fil-A dining rooms have been closed for weeks, but their drive-throughs —manned by employees who often wear cow-patterned masks — have done a booming business.
