Mrs. Evans was a retired teacher and was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Lamar Evans, and her parents, Clarence B. and Jewell Hall Ray.
She is survived by her Son: Sammy Evans of Athens; Granddaughters: Lyndsay Evans of Conyers; Keeli Mills of Loganville; Great Granddaughter: Annalia Evans; Brother: Jim Ray of North Carolina; Sister: Eloise Hadaway of Macon.
