GWINNETT COUNTY, GA—Northside Hospital, Inc., has acquired ChoiceOne Urgent Care of Gwinnett and will partner with the Nashville-based Urgent Care Group to manage and operate three locations in the Gwinnett County area.

Over the next several months, the centers will be rebranded as HealthChoice Urgent Care, according to a news release.

Fresenius Medical Care, which owns ChoiceOne, is leaving the urgent care business, hospital officials announced Monday. ChoiceOne formerly partnered with the Gwinnett Medical Center, which merged with Northside Hospital in 2019.
