CRIME AWARENESS/COMMUNITY INFORMATION ALERT

Activity date: October 15, 2015-October 18, 2015

Zone 1
Arrest- Richard Dyals was arrested at a residence off H D Atha Road in reference to Financial Transaction Card Fraud.

Theft- At a business off Highway 138 complainant reported several items were taken out of their vehicle.

Zone 2
Arrest- Robert Queen was arrested at a residence off Walton Court in reference to an outstanding Battery warrant out of Walton County.

Theft- A residence off Atha Street complainant reported their Social Security card had been taken from the residence.

Zone 3
Damage to Property- A church in the area of George L. Pike Parkway complainant reported an unknown person made a forced entrance into the church damaging multiple items on location, unknown of items missing.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 83 and Unisia Drive. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest in reference to Safety Check:

• Barryious Malcom was arrested for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Once, an outstanding Probation Violation warrant and an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.
• William Leslie was arrested for Driving While Unlicensed.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Snows Mill Road and Jones Woods Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Zone 4
Theft- A residence in the area of Peyton Drive homeowner reported several things had been taken from the residence.

Arrest- Joseph Mitchell was arrested in the area of Highway 11 and John Stowe Road in reference to an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant out of Atlanta Police Department following a traffic stop.

Arrest- James Halget was arrested at a residence off Phillips Road for Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction following a dispute.

Zone 5
Theft- A residence in the area of Arbor Road homeowner reported someone entered the residence and took several items.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 81 and Forest Falls Drive. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest and Citations in reference to Safety Check:

• Luis Villagomez was cited for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce.
• Samuel Dunn was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Drug Related Objects.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 81 and Bay Creek Church Road. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Arrest- Lisa Pinkerton was arrested in the area of Friendship Church Road for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs (x2), Possession of Drug Related Objects, Drugs Not in Original Container, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Once, Driving While Unlicensed and Possession of Schedule II Drugs following a traffic stop.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Bold Springs Road and Charleston Avenue. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest and Citations in reference to Safety Check:

• Richard Kritzmacher was arrested for Driving While License Suspended.

Zone 6
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Centerhill Church Road and Rabbit Farm Road. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 20 and Centerville Rosebud Road. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 78 and Bay Creek Church Road. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Stolen Vehicle- A business in the area of Highway 20 complainant reported their vehicle was missing from location. Vehicle entered into national database.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Miller Bottom Road and Round Rock Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Citations in reference to Safety Check:

• Brannon Walker was cited for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 20 and Ivory Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest in reference to Safety Check:

• Yolanda Middleton was arrested for an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant out of Gwinnett County.

Arrest- Richard Davis was arrested at a residence off Missionary Drive in reference to an outstanding warrant out of Gwinnett County.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Ho Hum Hollow Road and New Hope Church Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Theft- A residence in the area of Braswell Lane complainant reported several items were taken from their residence.

Zone 7
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Centerhill Church Road and South Sharon Church Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Dispute- William Nutter and Alex Ochoa were cited for Disorderly Conduct at a residence off Stewart Road following a dispute.

Arrest- Emily Stephens was arrested at a residence off Kathleen Way in reference to an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant out of Walton County.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Youth Jersey Road and Highway 81. No life threatening injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Entering Auto- In the area of Cambridge Subdivision several vehicles were entered and items taken. Still under investigation at this time.

Arrest- Travis Baker was arrested in the area of Cambridge Subdivision for multiple Entering Auto Thefts.
