Zone 2
Agency Assist- Deputies assisted Monroe Police Department with a felony traffic stop in the area of Sorrells St and North Broad Street in reference to a stolen vehicle.
Agency Assist- Deputies assisted Monroe Police Department with a suspect who fled on foot in the area of Davis Street.
Zone 3
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Gene Bell Road and Lighthouse Church. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.
Suspicious Vehicle- In the area of Queens Cemetery Road complainant reported unknown subject were possible trespassing in the area, suspect in a small passenger car with a loud muffler. Deputies checked the area, no contact.
Arrest- Reuben Ruark and Paul Feagin were arrested in the area of Lemonds Road for Entering Auto and Obstruction.
Zone 4
Theft- A residence in the area of Fairview Drive complainant reported a bicycle was taken from the residence in the night time hours.
Zone 5
Animal Complainant- A residence in the area of Oak Ridge Lane complainant reported canines were wondering the area. Deputies checked area and were charged by a black Labrador type dog. Animal control was advised and owners were cited.
Suspicious Person- In the area of Roscoe Davis Road complainant reported a small red sports car was in the area riding up and down the road way very slowly in the early morning hours. Deputies checked the area no contact.
Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Grady Smith Road in reference to unknown subject knocking on window of residences in the area during the night time hours.
Fraud- A residence in the area of Grady Smith Road complainant reported an unknown subject called claiming to be with the IRS and requesting money.
Suspicious Person- In the area of Watson Mill Court complainant reported an unknown subject rang their doorbell and ran. Deputies checked the area, no contact.
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 11. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.
Zone 6
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 20 and Miller Bottom Road. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.
Suspicious Vehicle- In the area of Gum Creek Church Road complainant reported there was an unknown red pick-up truck they believe was entering their pasture. Deputies checked the area, and made contact with motorist. Motorist reported their vehicle was broken down and would be removed in the morning hours.
Zone 7
Theft- A residence in the area of Highway 138 homeowner reported several items were taken from the residence in the late afternoon hours.
Arrest- Gary Poindexter and Donshawn Sibley were arrested in the area of Leone Avenue and Walnut Avenue for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Once following a traffic stop.
Suspicious Vehicle- A residence in the area of Vinies Drive complainant reported there was an unknown vehicle that turned around in their driveway. Deputies checked the area, no contact.
