3 Simple Instant Pot Recipes To Try

Have you become aware of the Instant Pot phenomenon? It is quite the movement because cooking times are changing drastically. As a working mother I have really grown to love the newest kitchen gadget and how I do not have to stress about forgetting to turn the crock pot on or, worse, not setting out the frozen chicken! My Instant Pot can cook my frozen chicken in about 12 minutes. Life changing, I tell you.

Dinners in our house are now a breeze, and I am happy to share with you these three simple recipes. You won't regret investing in the Instant Pot, or any programmable pressure cooker for that matter.

First up is my Chicken Tortilla Soup (pictured above). A delicious, hearty meal that will please even the pickiest eaters.

My next meal is my Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Meatballs! These are perfect to whip up in a snap when you are tight on time. My only urge is that you make sure your Instant Pot is coated in oil, otherwise they will stick and start to fall apart. These are great because they can be as hot or mild as you prefer.

The best part about the Instant Pot is the ability for it to create one-pot meals! Easy prepare and easy cleanup. A while back a recipe circulated that was called the one-dish Italian chicken meal made in the oven. It was good but took quite some time in the oven.
