Zone 1
Entering Auto- At a business in the area of Highway 138 complainant reported missing items from their vehicle following it being impounded.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 138 and Camp Lake Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of HD Atha Road and Highway 138. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Zone 2
Arrest- Gavin Nicholson was arrested in the area of South Broad Street for Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop.

Zone 3
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Snows Mill Road and Powers Road. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Identity Theft- A residence in the area of Balsingame Road complainant reported their debit card had been taken and subject spent money off the card.

Zone 4
Suspicious Vehicle- Deputies responded to the area of Summerset Place in reference to an unknown subject in an older model silver Acura pulling into the driveway in the area. Deputies checked the area, no contact.

Suspicious Person- Deputies responded to the area of Summerset Drive in reference to a black male wearing a read hooded sweatshirt with red and black checkered pajama pants in the area pulling on car doors. Deputies checked the area, no contact.

Zone 5
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 11 and Emmett Doster Road. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident involving a deer in the area of Bay Creek Church road and Piney Grove Road. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Roscoe Davis Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Grady Smith Road and Deep Wood Drive. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Zone 6
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 78 and Youth Monroe Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Zone 7
Burglary- A residence in the area of Park Street homeowner reported an unknown subject made entry into the residence in the early morning or midafternoon hours, but nothing looked to have been taken.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Walnut Avenue and Leone Avenue. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Wagon Trail and New Horizon Drive. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No citation or arrest in reference to this Safety Check.
