Visit the Chattahoochee Nature Center on Father’s Day and Dad’s and Grandfathers’s get in FREE!!! Bring a picnic, enjoy on site programs, walk the Wildlife Walk and the trails. Walk among native butterflies in the newly designed (and larger) Butterfly Encounter. The Butterfly Encounter, presented by Cox Enterprises and Northside Hospital, will be open from 12 pm to 4:30 pm. Plus - trail hikes, creature feature, animal encounter and STARLAB are scheduled throughout the day. There is a special Father’s Day Canoe Trip and Evening Canoe Trip scheduled for Sunday too (additional reservations and ticketing required).
