If you enjoyed last year’s “Reindeer Day,” this day is sure to be more fun for the family. This holiday highlight brings you and your family live reindeer from 3 pm to 6 pm, performances, winter crafts, face painting, and more all under the twilight sky. Let CNC help you get in the holiday spirit, bring a picnic dinner or enjoy dinner from the Food Trucks that will be on site for this event, and plan to enjoy the fun activities. There will be reindeer games as well as story time with Miss Julia, a warm campfire to roast s’mores with Camp Kingfisher, as well as plenty of crafts and face painting.

The big event of the day is the kick off of the fairy houses and gnome homes on the Enchanted Woodland Trail. Find the elusive magical dwellings dotted throughout CNC’s wooded trails, lit by fairy lights. This Enchanted Woodland Trail will begin Dec. 10 and run through the end of February, so there is plenty of time to find all the fairy and gnome homes and make new discoveries throughout the winter.

Access to this event is included with general admission and free to CNC members. For more information, visit www.chattnaturecenter.org.

This event is presented with generous support from Northside Hospital.
