If school is out on break, why not spend some time outdoors and run off that energy! The Chattahoochee Nature Center has several special events and activities going on in addition to our regular programs.
Make a Pine Cone Bird Feeder, Feb. 18-22, 11 AM daily
Get crafty and help migrating birds by making a pine cone bird feeder. Your bird feeder will help supply energy for the chilly winter months and the long journey of migration. Take your bird feeder home and add it to your backyard habitat.
"Kristen's Fairy House" Film Showing, Feb. 18-22, 3 PM daily
Join Kristen as she vacations on a small island off the New England coast with her Aunt Tracy. As they share an island adventure, a special relationship develops and Kristen becomes the heroine of her own story. This film is appropriate for all ages and is about 40 minutes long.

Enchanted Woodland Trail: Featuring Fairy Houses and Gnome Homes, open through Feb. 28
This exhibit is only open for two more weeks! Over 30 fairy houses and gnome homes line CNC's woodland trails. Take a stroll and see how many of these truly tiny homes you can find.
Nature Exchange is Open for Trading every day until 4:30 PM. Indulge your natural curiosity and bring in nature items to trade for nature treasures found in the Nature Exchange. If you are working on Science Fair projects over break, the Nature Exchange can help! Bring your ideas and questions to the naturalists.
