Alsip Switches On The Christmas Tree In Community Ceremony
Stop by Alsip Village Hall, drink some hot cocoa and say hi to Santa when village officials switch on the tree Dec. 4.
ALSIP, IL -- Get ready for the most wonderful time of the year by attending the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony at Alsip Village Hall on Monday, Dec. 4. The tree lighting ceremony kicks off at 6:30 p.m.. when Mayor John Ryan welcomes Santa from the North Pole. Village officials will flick on the switch to the majestic Christmas tree around 6:45 p.m.
The Girl Scouts will lead attendees in carol singing, followed by light refreshments. Santa will be mingling with the little people before the regularly scheduled Alsip village board meeting at 7:30 p.m. Alsip Village Hall is located at 12600 S. Pulaski Road.
