Back Nine Hosts Mother's Day Brunch, Other Places To Spoil Mom

Fountain Hills Golf Club's Back Nine Restaurant offers three seatings on Mother's Day, May 9, and other places near Alsip to spoil your mom.

ALSIP, IL — Everything mom has done over the past year of the coronavirus pandemic should add up to an extra-special 2021 Mother's Day celebration on Sunday, May 9. To start her day off right, the Alsip Park District’s Fountain Hills Golf Club is offering a Mother’s Day brunch.

Fountain Hills’ Back Nine Restaurant is offering two seatings at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., with breakfast and lunch options. Adults are $22.95; children age 12 and younger are $14.95; and kids under 4 are free.

Reservations are required and can be made by calling 708-388-4653. A credit card is required at the time of making the reservation. The card will on be charged if you miss your reservation.

Allgauer's Restaurant At Doubletree Hotel, 5000 S. 127th St., Alsip - A plated brunch is being offered at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. The menu features spinach artichoke quiche, grilled filet of sirloin with red wine demiglace, pretzel crusted baked salmon and grilled shrimp and sausage ravioli. The cost is $36 per person. Reservations are required at 708-272-4219. A limited menu is also available.

STACKED Pancake House, 14305 S. Cicero Ave., Crestwood, and 5273 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn - Both locations will be offering dine-in only on Mother’s Day. Due to anticipated volume, STACKED cannot commit to carryout.

Deja Brew Bar and Grille, 5219 W 95th St, Oak Lawn - The restaurant will be open for brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Deja Brew isn’t taking reservations so it’s first come, first served. Off the menu brunch items will be offered. The wonderful patio will be open as well for seating.

Stony Creek Golf Course, 5850 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn - The restaurant and patio will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., but isn’t offering any type of special event. Carry-out is also available.
