Party With Santa and the Missus At The Crestwood Rec Center

CRESTWOOD, IL -- You better watch out, you better not cry, because Santa and Mrs. Claus are coming to the Crestwood Recreation and Wellness Center Saturday, Dec. 9. The party runs from 1 to 4:30 p.m. and the celebration is free for all ages.

Santa will be hearing kids' Christmas wishes, so make sure those cell phone batteries are charged for pictures. There will be a coloring contest for kids 12 and younger, cookies and juice, face painting, guessing games with prizes and bouncy houses to jump around in. Also, the Suburban Party Characters will be dropping by. Kids can mail their letters to Santa, too.

Treats and goodies will be available for purchase at the concession stand. Residents are asked to bring a nonperishable food item or a new, unwrapped toy that will be donated to local families in need. The event is brought to you by the Village of Crestwood, Crestwood Fire Department, Crestwood Police Department and Crestwood Emergency Management. The Crestwood Recreation and Wellness Center is located at 5331 W. 135th St.
